A large company international and market Leader in it’s industry is looking for a highly qualified person for the position of CFO

Requirements:
• A minimum of five years of CFO/Finance Director/Controller experience. Demonstrated experience working within a service-related company (Advertising industry expereince and, as appropriate, media expereince is preferred).
• Experience of financial management reporting on an international basis with particular emphasis on the analysis and interpretation of financial data, highlighting key management information. .
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP.
• Experience using and implementing international and appropriate local market computerized accounting systems and reporting tools
• History of productive working relationships with internal stakeholders (i.e. management board, department heads) and external stakeholders (i.e. holding company, auditors, lawyers, suppliers & partners).

Professional Qualification:
• Recognized accounting qualification including:
o Associate Charterd Accountant (ACA)
o Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA)
o Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
o Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
 Fluent in English written and oral communication.

Main responsibilities:
• Supervise and/or maintain an efficient financial accounting function to enable the timely and accruate reporting of financial information including forecasts
• Ensure that appropriate internal controls are operating effectively and monthly performance assessments are completed on a timely basis
• Manage cash forecasts and ensure that appropriate action is taken to provide adequate liquidity and optimize banking facilities
• Manage TWC by ensuring that prompt action is taken to secure the collection of over due receivables and manage payment terms with suppliers
• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts (including bank recs) are reconciled on a timely basis and that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve unrecognized and/or delinquent balances
• Ensure that local statutory accounts and tax computations (corporate, sales, payroll etc) are correctly prepared and filed in accordance with local regulations and appropriate fiscal advantages are maximized.
