Our Client is the world leading non FMCG company. In order to serve its customers better, and drive the business to the next level, our client is currently looking to hire HR Advisor Responsibilities: -Provide HR advice, assistance and coaching to local Sales Manager/supervisors/employees on policy exceptions, staff issues, disciplinary issues, business change and the execution of organisational implications (including reorganisations, redundancy mandates, resignations etc) -Apply HR processes and programmes and understand any local links to country legislation -advise HRAMs and managers within client population on staff consultation/communication issues in Local context -Support resourcing of vacancies to ensure alignment with FTE targets and talent plans, both internal and external, in a time and cost efficient manner. Accountable for recruitment within client population -Process owner for one of HR areas of expertise in major Company’s division (options - C&B, Attraction & Recruitment, Learning & Development)

Requirements: -3-4 years with International company as HR generalist -High finished education -Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian -Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of people management, coaching and leadership skills -High level of attention to details, excellent negotiation and consulting skills
