In order to sustain the development of their new office based in Kiev, we are looking for a Senior Research Manager to cover the Ukrainian and Russian market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Research Manager will become the head of the Quantitative Research Team, working for national and international clients. Key responsibilities include:
• Project costing - request costs from suppliers both internal and external, calculate project costs. • To manage all the research across a range of products and/or categories hereby effectively balancing workload to ensure that deadlines are met • Encouraging cross team working and carrying out effective problem solving; • Supervising the design, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects • To consult and advise clients of the results of quantitative research, to present findings and insight. • Delivering meaningful reports/ presentations of results • Manage client portfolios and gain exposure to leading firms in a variety of business sectors • Conducting and attending relevant training sessions • Ensuring adherence to the ESOMAR code of conduct
PROFILE
The successful candidate will possess the following personal and professional background:
• Between 3 and 8 years research experience in market research agencies or comparable; • Very strong market analysis skills, ideally in a consumer goods environment; • Excellent technical research skills • Excellent relationship building skills and communication, capable of adapting to client's needs; • Stress resistant, charismatic and innovative. • Able to handle simultaneously different projects • Experienced user of SPSS • This position reports to the head of the Management Team • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to tactfully guide and advise team of research executives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian
